Over these past few months, we have determined that we need to restructure our business processes and in May we filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection which allows us to shed unprofitable areas of our business all the while keeping up with your expectations.

  • New York is our home. We have called New York our home for over 15 years and every day you remind us why this is truly our home. We intend on staying in New York although we will reduce the number of stores. We are currently in negotiations with our landlords and we will let you know which stores will remain open.
  • We are committed to customer satisfaction. We know that you love our products. But we understand that there are moments when we didn’t meet your needs and you wish to return the product. We will continue to honor our return policy.
  • We want you to use your gift cards. Many of you are holding gift cards. We want you to enjoy our products and we encourage you to use these.
  • Membership in Royal Passport is free. The SABON Royal Passport program is a complimentary rewards program that allows you to earn loyalty points. With every purchase made, you will receive points that may be redeemed towards future purchases. Additionally, you will enjoy special member perks!
  • Our passion and devotion will continue to thrive in America. Our plans for the future include new and exciting products using the highest quality natural ingredients such as salt, mud, and algae from the Dead Sea. We also plan on working with partners so you can find our products in more locations in the USA. We continue our countrywide reach through online sales and we also hope to be in more cities so you can experience our products locally.
