Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE ARE:

Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day.

2nd Day Air - Arrives end of day on the 2nd business day.

3 Day Select - Arrives end of day on the 3rd business day.

Ground - Arrives within 1-7 business days. 

*We are unable to ship to : Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico.


* If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before 11 AM EST to be processed and shipped on the same day. Please refer to the transit map and rate chart below for an estimate on your shipping needs.

* Currently, UPS is unable to deliver Sabon packages to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S.

* Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order or cancel your order after it has already been shipped.

* If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 3 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you, but will charge for the reshipment. Reshipment charges are the same as your original shipping cost. In the case where free shipping was redeemed, standard ground shipping charges will be applied.

* Free ground shipping promotions with orders of $100 or more is limited to orders below $500
