I am a very satisfied customer and here's why. I had ordered a Daily Perfume and was not quite thrilled with the scent on me. I emailed Sabon telling them about my experience. I received an immediate response, telling me how to return my order and, based on what I'd related about my scent preferences, recommending another possibility. I returned the original order free of charge by placing the prepaid UPS label provided in the packaging and received my new order within days, again with no shipping charges. I should mention that the Musk scent is just perfect ... light, complex, and distinct from most perfumes ... thanks Sabon!
